About the Role

This is a remote selling position based in Madrid, where you will be part of a high-performing team that enables innovation and speed. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of engaged Enterprise customers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and cloud adoption within your assigned accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity pursuit.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Architects and Professional Services, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Understand customer business objectives and requirements, and position AWS services to address their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  • Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales/technology-related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
