Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist at Kepler Cheuvreux, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to their transformation into projects. Your goal will be to improve performance and mitigate risks related to the Group's activities to align with the risk appetite defined by the executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to identify, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements
- Analyze data and propose recommendations for improving existing processes and solutions
- Contribute to the implementation and development of digitalization and process optimization solutions
- Write functional specifications, reports, and project monitoring documents
- Assist project managers in managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Participate in testing phases of new solutions or modifications to existing systems to ensure they meet business needs
- Support the calculation and tracking of performance indicators related to the Group's activities
Requirements:
- A degree from a business school or engineering school
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or project support in an international context
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
