About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce business plans that deliver Red Bull and customer objectives for Pure Play and Delivery customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and own annual ecommerce business plans that drive sales and revenue growth for Red Bull and our customers.
  • Partner with Red Bull Key Account teams to influence ecommerce priorities across Bricks 'N Clicks and EB2B customers.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance online execution on retailer sites, identifying and closing performance gaps to establish Red Bull as a category-leader in the channel.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets, and drive post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop category and shopper insights for ecommerce beverage and energy drink categories, identifying and sharing best practices to reach new online shoppers and bring to life the Red Bull brand across online platforms.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry preferred) or leading Pureplayers/Bricks 'N Clicks/Marketplaces across sales, marketing, and insight functions.
  • Ecommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies.
  • Experience working with Digital Advertising Agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and collaboration abilities. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence a multitude of external and internal stakeholders.
