We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for our next-gen Fleet Management Solution, SCALAR.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Discovery and Opportunity Management: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization. Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization.
- Pipeline Management and Sales Performance: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationships and Feedback: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities. Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).
