Senior Account Manager for Digital Advertising

About the Position

The Account Manager is a key role in driving business growth for Softonic. Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse set of existing customers for online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction by asking the right questions and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics for each campaign, assisting the Strategic Partnership Manager team in meeting sales objectives.
  • Evaluate Softonic inventory opportunities and collaborate with the Strategic Partnership Manager on retention and up-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Catalog and Compliance, Editorial, and Sales Ops to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on generating business in online advertising.
  • Proven experience working in digital advertising and established contacts within the Online Advertising market.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
