The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll team as a Payroll Operations Country Lead, where you'll play a key role in shaping our global payroll strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for global payroll implementation projects, collaborating with our Implementation team to ensure timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, providing ongoing support and issue resolution.

• Design and implement standardized payroll processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Collaborate with our Country Manager and Ops team to drive business growth and improve our platform.

• Focus on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment, with expertise in legislative knowledge and payroll implementation.

• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes and issues to customers and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using local payroll tools and software, such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, and a passion for making an impact in a fast-paced international work environment.
