The PositionWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Country Lead to join our Payroll team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a personal impact in the global employment space and contribute to the growth and success of Remote Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert for global payroll implementation projects.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in the implementation process.
- Develop and implement standardized payroll processes and procedures.
- Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
- Expert legislative knowledge in the specified country or region.
- Payroll implementation experience.
- Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes and issues to customers and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software, including SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
- Ability to think creatively and improve processes.
