Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll team at TMF Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional payroll services to our international client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Spanish legislation.
- Distribute workload among accounting officers, review their work, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues.
- Process payroll data, maintain paper and electronic records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Team Leader and Supervisor to resolve complex payroll issues and implement new clients.
- Assist with the coordination of HR & Payroll projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- University degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll, with a strong understanding of Spanish legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Medium-advanced level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office package and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
