Payroll Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll team at TMF Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional payroll services to our international client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Spanish legislation.
- Distribute workload and review the work performed by accounting officers.
- Provide main day-to-day contact for clients, except for those requiring higher job band contact.
- Review and process payroll data, including maintaining paper and electronic records.
- Respond to inquiries regarding payroll transactions and research and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Coordinate social security and tax filings to meet required deadlines.
- Assist in the set-up and implementation of new clients and coordinate specific HR & Payroll projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and maintain supporting and control worksheets.
- University degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll, with a strong understanding of Spanish legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and medium-advanced level in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office package and strong team-playing skills.
- Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments and excellent organization skills.
- Flexible schedule with entry between 8:00 and 10:00 AM and end time between 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
