Senior IT Agile Coach

Criteo is seeking a Senior IT Scrum Master to join the Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Agile practices are understood and enacted across the team. Key responsibilities include ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles, acting as a servant-leader, and challenging the team to achieve quality, user alignment, and value creation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks. Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment is essential. Experience working in an international environment and fluency in English are also required. The successful candidate will participate actively in the work of the Scrum Master chapter and lead the organization in its Agile & Scrum adoption beyond the tribes. The Core Finance & Monetize tribe's mission is to ensure that Criteo invoices and gets paid while providing custom solutions to all Criteo employees and departments. Monetize IT Applications include ERP SAP ECC, SAP BRIM (Private Cloud), Sidetrade, and Custom applications.Net. The Senior Scrum Master will work closely with the team to ensure that Agile practices operate consistently with other tribes' practices and partnering with other Scrum Masters for continuous improvement. The team's agile practices will be challenged to achieve the best quality, user alignment, value creation, and team engagement. The Senior Scrum Master will also anticipate any impediments or new contexts impacting the team's performance or the organization and support the team to adapt and cope with those changes. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's Agile & Scrum adoption and will work closely with the team to ensure that Agile practices are understood and enacted across the team.
