About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a Senior IT Agile Coach to join its Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile transformations in a large-scale organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Agile practices are understood and enacted across the team, and facilitate the adoption of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Act as a servant-leader, helping the team understand their interactions with stakeholders and improving their performance.
  • Anticipate and mitigate impediments or changes that may impact the team's performance or the organization.
  • Participate in the Agile transformation chapter and lead the organization in its Agile adoption beyond the tribes in scope.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks.
  • Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
  • Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies.
  • Awareness of technical practices such as Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience working with delivery teams in India.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
  • Finance process knowledge or experience.
  • French knowledge.
