About the Role
Criteo is seeking a Senior IT Agile Coach to join its Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile adoption and ensuring the successful implementation of Agile practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Agile practices are understood and enacted across the team
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement Agile frameworks and processes
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate Agile training and workshops for team members and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Scrum Master chapter to drive Agile transformation across the organization
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks
- Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
- Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken
- Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience working with delivery teams in India
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe
