Senior IT Agile Coach

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Scrum Master to join its Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Agile practices are understood and enacted within the team, and that the team adheres to Agile principles and values.
- Act as a servant-leader, helping the team understand their interactions with stakeholders and improving their performance.
- Anticipate and address impediments or changes that may impact the team's performance or the organization.
- Participate in the Scrum master chapter and contribute to the organization's Agile transformation.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations.
- Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with international teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, including the Agile Manifesto.
- Awareness of technical practices such as Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work creatively and analytically.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience working with delivery teams in India.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
- Finance process knowledge or experience.
