About the Role:
Criteo is seeking a Senior IT Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption and excellence within the Core Finance & Monetize tribe. As a key member of the Internal IT Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the team's agility, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate impediments, ensuring the team's agility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the team's needs, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success in achieving business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement processes that foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations, with a proven track record of success in driving Agile adoption and excellence.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, iterative product development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
