About the Role:
The Senior IT Agile Coach will be responsible for:
- Agile Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Agile frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- Team Enablement: Provide coaching and training to teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools, empowering them to adopt Agile methodologies and improve their overall performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance Agile adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, managers, and executives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The Core Finance & Monetize tribe is a dynamic and innovative team within the Internal IT Department, responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions and services to support Criteo's business operations. As a Senior IT Agile Coach, you will be part of a collaborative and agile team that values continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Agile coaching, transformation, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
