About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team at NextLink. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coaching up to two teams and empowering them to become self-organized, performant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams to improve their ways of working, to be efficient, effective, and to work at a sustainable pace
  • Help teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability, and transparency
  • Enable teams to make quick and sustainable decisions
  • Organize and facilitate productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies, and workshops
  • Guide teams in identifying, tracking, and managing risks
  • Be proactive in maintaining a healthy atmosphere and well-being within the teams
  • Promote a culture that embraces change and values experimentation and innovation
  • Mentor development team members on Scrum principles, best practices, and technical and personal growth

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master
  • Experience with various methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Effective facilitation and problem-solving/conflict resolution skills
  • Effective influencer, able to work upward and across teams to build rapport
  • Tact, diplomacy, and cooperation skills
  • Attentive and empathic nature

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience and certificate with SAFe
  • Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum
  • Experience on a Team of Teams level
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring other Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device industry and/or highly regulated environments
