Senior Business Development Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Insurance Practice Area growth strategy at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you'll drive business development and commercialization initiatives, fostering close collaboration with global and regional topic leaders.
Your primary focus will be on setting and executing the commercial agenda for the Insurance Practice Area, identifying high-potential opportunities for growth, and developing targeted plans to capitalize on them. You'll also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of results.

Key Accountabilities:
- Drive business development and commercialization initiatives for the Insurance Practice Area.

- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including practice area management and operations teams.
- Foster open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across teams.
What We Offer
