About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team at Sandsoft. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new users for our mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Facebook, Google, and mobile ad networks.
  • Analyze and report performance KPIs to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with game studios, artists, engineers, and data scientists to create engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute AB testing strategies for advertising and app store creatives.
  • Work closely with the product management team to implement marketing-related features and improve user engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other mobile ad networks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to merge data from different sources and formats.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
