Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve their issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and web/live chat.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
- Develop and present training to new hires and other teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new tools and scripts.
- Experience in troubleshooting with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
- Experience with Networking and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
- Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
