We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in working with different systems to have a smart and effective way of prospecting. If you have a strong desire to be in technology sales and have already developed a strong baseline framework for how to effectively sell, we want to hear from you. You should be fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You also have experience in performance-driven roles and are comfortable with a compensation structure tied to meeting targets and performance-based kickbacks.
Requirements
1. Experience in Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) role.
2. Ability to develop GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets.
3. Hunter's mentality with a strong eagerness to succeed.
4. Proven experience in DACH tech sales.
5. Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Experience in performance-driven roles and comfortable with a compensation structure tied to meeting targets and performance-based kickbacks.
