This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Amazon, working closely with third-party sellers to help them succeed in their digital development on Amazon's Marketplace in Spain.

As one of the leaders in e-commerce, Amazon is constantly innovating and looking for professionals who will make up the talent of tomorrow's team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and prospecting companies, approaching them and initiating contact via cold calling and mailing.
  • Supporting companies in their launch on Amazon, educating them on the benefits to make them launch their business on the platform.
  • Building trusting relationships with partner sellers and supporting them in developing their business on Amazon.
  • Working with partner sellers on key Account Management levers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Training partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
  • Being proactive and managing improvement projects such as new tools or processes.

Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector.
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
  • Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One or more successful commercial experiences in cold calling or managing customer accounts.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting.
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions.

Permanent contract based in Madrid with the option of teleworking 2 days a week in Spain.
