We are seeking a skilled and results-driven E-commerce Deals Account Manager to join our team in Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a background in sales and account management to take ownership of high-potential retailers across various categories and drive growth in their online businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a yearly Promotions calendar with high-potential online merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and product availability.
  • Prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Identify new Deal opportunities by regularly reviewing metrics to find areas of unexploited potential.
  • Ensure the delivery of Deals strategy across all major deals events, maximizing both Customer Experience and sales.
  • Manage the Hero Deals process from start to finish.
  • Educate sellers to learn and master Amazon's promotions tools and systems, enabling them to become self-sufficient.
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports, and provide information for your portfolio of sellers.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.

This role provides an opportunity to partner with high-potential retailers across various categories and help grow their online businesses. The ideal candidate will be a role model in Deliver Results, Earns Trust, Bias for Action, and Invent and Simplify. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales roles, active experience with online Deals and Promotion management, and knowledge of SQL. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they will be passionate about online businesses, e-commerce, and sales, and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
