About the role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will optimize our marketplace and e-commerce products to drive growth and user engagement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior, partner performance, and campaign outcomes to deliver targeted campaigns that elevate the user experience. Through strategic and operational initiatives, you will identify opportunities for growth and align our marketplace with user preferences and trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership and campaign impact.

You will be responsible for

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase user engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators to support our growth strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage insights that boost campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed as an E-Commerce Manager, you must be analytical and able to make informed decisions based on data. You should have a commercial mindset and be able to identify opportunities for growth. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and be able to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner.

Requirements include

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in E-Commerce, Business Development for E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • A proven track record in E-Commerce strategy and optimization.
  • Expertise in campaign management, including designing, executing, and optimizing e-commerce promotions and campaigns.
  • Solid experience in data manipulation and analysis, using tools like Excel and Hubspot.
  • Professional language skills in English.
  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is considered a plus for this role.
