Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our Global Office team in Málaga. As the heartbeat of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our workspace, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.
You will collaborate with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities and plan and execute office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.
Additionally, you will manage health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment, and provide basic support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies, budgets, and facilities to ensure a smooth daily operation.
- Collaborate with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.
- Plan and execute office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups.
- Manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide basic support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in office management and event planning.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- People person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.
