As a Customer Lifecycle Manager at Job Squad, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial contact to retention and renewal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional first impressions and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Lead sales strategies, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with our leading cloud technologies.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technologies.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
  • Leverage various channels to reach, sell to, and manage customers.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.

Requirements

  • You speak and write Finnish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management is required.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience is required.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
