Key Responsibilities:- Qualify prospects based on our KYC criteria and understand their needs
- Pitch our client's value proposition and apartments to potential customers
- Utilize multiple channels for customer follow-up, including phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Address questions and objections throughout the sales cycle
- Handle document retrieval for reservation files and verify against KYC criteria
- Select premises to optimize harmony among residents
- Contribute to B2C strategy improvement and process/tool evolution
- Manage and maintain our client's Salesforce CRM with precision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish (native), English (fluent), and Spanish (basic/B1)
- Ability to manage a large volume of leads
- Strong organizational, methodical, and resilient traits
- Proactive nature with a willingness to engage leads via phone while adhering to internal processes and values
- Comfort with numerical analysis and reporting
- Authenticity, self-confidence, and a collaborative spirit
- Business development experience is advantageous
- Team player with a versatile skill set
- Preferably already located in Valencia/Spain or strong connections to Valencia
- Permanent contract
- Full-time position (39 hrs/week), Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (17:00 on Fridays)
- Base salary + bonus package
