Business Developer

We are seeking a talented Business Developer to join our team at Paradox. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads.
- Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Event Participation: Participate in Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead webinars.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Skills: Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals, autonomous leadership, market curiosity, sales savvy, digital savvy, growth over ego, and team player.
- Language: French native or bilingual, and English with a good level.
