Your Role:

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with intermediate Spanish
