Customer Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our Customer Support team at Airhelp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers throughout our claim-handling process, from assessing claims to communicating with customers via email, chat, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, ensuring timely and friendly communication.
Utilize your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers, with relevant training provided by Airhelp.
Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Develop a deep understanding of the airline industry and customer service principles.
Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
Fluent communication in English and Chinese (both spoken and written, minimum C1 level).
Experience working with targets (nice to have).
Eagerness to learn and grow with Airhelp.
Ability to work in a shift system (24/7/365).
