About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager - Rooms and Food & Beverage Division to join our team at the Hotel Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid. As a key member of the hotel's senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our rooms and food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and delivering outstanding financial results.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the rooms and food & beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with the executive committee to develop and execute hotel-wide strategies, aligning with the Group's vision and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, working closely with the finance team to optimize resources and achieve financial targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in hospitality-specific systems and software.
