Stratpharma AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join their team in Gran Canaria. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting breakthrough wound care, gynecology, radiotherapy, and dermatology products in the Spanish market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical promotion, with experience in promoting OTC or Rx products. You will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area, providing education and training to account staff, and preparing and presenting business proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual territory business and revenue goals
- Provide education and training to account staff
- Prepare and present business proposals, including account metrics and benchmark information
- Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory
- Effectively deploy resources to yield the greatest business impact
- Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers
- Manage territory budget
Requirements:
- 2+ years of current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care, or Dermatology
- Experience promoting OTC or Rx products
- Call points are Pharmacies and Medical professionals
- Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Documented medical promotion success
- English advantageous
- University degree
