FUNCIONES:Conseguir o superar el rendimiento esperado (ventas) en su territorio.Utilizar estrategias y recursos innovadores para conseguir acceso a clientes y mejorar los resultados.Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de Abbott ante todos los proveedores asignados y resolver eficazmente sus objeciones o dudas.Esforzarse continuamente para obtener información sobre el mercado: identificación de las necesidades de los clientes, expectativas y retos.Intercambiar buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo, para favorecer el éxito de nuestro negocio.REQUISITOS MINIMOS:Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 3 años como Delegado de Ventas.Imprescindible perfil muy comercial, siendo obligatorio experiencia en visita a especialistas; se valorará visita a endocrinos, geriatría, oncología, unidades de nutrición (UUNN), etc.Licenciatura en farmacia, cc de la salud o similar.Se valorará que el lugar de residencia sea en la provincia de Albacete.COMPETENCIAS:Competitivo con alta orientación a resultados y al cliente.Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos, bajo presión y con alta resistencia al estrés.Capacidad de organización y planificación.Alta capacidad de trabajo, implicación e iniciativa.Capacidad de adaptación e integración.Honestidad e integridad.Siga tus aspiraciones profesionales con Abbott para obtener diversas oportunidades con una empresa que puede ayudarte a construir tu futuro y vivir tu mejor vida.
