Digital Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will be responsible for actively networking and setting appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs and provide comprehensive digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunities.
- Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
- Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
- Manage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales skills and tactics, including relationship development and management. A strong knowledge and experience within the Digital industry, particularly within Mobile, is also essential. Additionally, you must be a demonstrated collaborator and team player, with a proactive approach to your day-to-day work and a willingness to think ahead to provide solutions and value.
