About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive sales in the small and medium business segment. As part of our globally led, digital-first scale organization, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams without direct reporting lines, demonstrating strong leadership through collaboration and strategic vision.
- Drive sales growth in the SMB segment, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of sales leadership experience in SMB segment or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
