About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our advertising sales efforts in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue goals and have a strategic mindset to drive growth in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Spain sales team based in Madrid, fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors Taboola's values and industry excellence.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets, with a significant focus on client retention and scaling up the existing advertising book of business.
  • Design and lead the delivery of annual strategic plans, collaborating closely with the Account Management team for top advertisers and agencies.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of professional experience in client-facing digital advertising roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Outstanding relationship management and client service skills, preferably with expertise in premium agencies.
