About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to extend our global reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team of sportsbook product specialists and contribute to our growth initiatives, including new customer acquisition and client optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive proposals, bids, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, or other documents describing our sportsbook products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external contributors and commercial/tender process experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
  • Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and due dates for the proposal.
  • Develop and establish a repository of templates, standard language, sportsbook product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses in cooperation with program management.
  • Produce and negotiate offers and price deals, coordinating with sales colleagues, and supporting deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis.
  • Ensure the proper definition of the deliverables for a sportsbook product (SaaS) and timelines of all deals under the scope, ensuring that sufficient capacity is reserved to deliver to the agreed timeline.
  • Establish a tracking system with win-loss information. Review and analyze proposal/RFP losses to recommend enhancements to sportsbook products or processes.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, internal collaboration, events, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and coordinate the Master Agreements with the customers and work to close and update the contractual relationships with them.
  • Participate in trade fairs, sector meetings, and any other event deemed necessary to promote our sportsbook product and services.
