About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing retention and customer satisfaction of our clients with Technogym Digital Solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully plan and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware, and devices.
  • Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions.
  • Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity.
Your Impact

You will provide successful customer training and activation in terms of e-learning, live training, and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users. You will also promote and activate initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force about our Wellness Network products and services.

About You
  • 3+ years' experience in implementation and deployment of software solutions (SAAS).
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM management.
  • Availability to travel in Spain, Portugal, and occasionally in Europe.
