Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description: As an Account Executive at ITC Worldwide, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and development. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to provide best-in-class IT solutions and take control of your earning potential.
About the Role: This role requires a deep understanding of IT services, including Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, IT Managed Services (ITMS), and/or IT Outsourced (ITO) services. You will be responsible for acquiring new logos and driving business growth through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales lead development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and leveraging your network.
- Prospect research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their technical, infrastructure, configuration, and other requirements.
- Proposal generation: Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals that meet client needs.
- Client engagement: Confidently present proposals to engage interest in managed services.
- Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing materials, targeted campaigns, and qualified leads.
- Opportunity qualification: Effectively qualify opportunities to determine scope of work.
- Pipeline management: Independently manage your pipeline and move opportunities along to close.
- Networking: Use networking events, chambers, and groups to promote the brand and build long-lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales position, specifically in the tech space.
- Sales performance: Proven track record of sales performance, including new business development.
- Travel: Ability to travel throughout the area for client-facing meetings.
Compensation and Benefits: ITC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life insurance, AD&D, supplemental life insurance, healthcare and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts, personal savings and investment plan with company match, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, financial planning, and group legal. The estimated salary range for this role is €70,000 - €165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
