About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Security Manager to join our team in Iberia. As the senior security partner to our commercial teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the security subject matter expert and partner for the commercial team.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to enhance client relationships.
- Act as a security peer to our clients, providing expert advice and strengthening partnerships.
- Scope security solutions and engage positively with clients and prospects.
- Identify consulting and managed services opportunities.
- Drive thought leadership activities to enhance our brand in the industry.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of client-facing solutions in crisis management, intelligence, and travel risk management.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in security: corporate, consulting, military, police, intelligence, NGO, disaster management, or relevant field of academia.
- Expertise in crisis management, travel risk management, intelligence, and security planning.
- Business development-related experience is advantageous.
- Extensive international travel experience.
- Language requirements: English and Spanish. Portuguese is desirable.
