At Cms, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our newly formed Security Integration business as a Regional Security Operations Manager for Spain.
The Regional Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of our client's security projects in Spain, including project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight in support of our regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of our client's security projects to include project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight.
- Direct role in managing our LSP network (Local Service Partners) and support the development of our Spain business & supply chain.
- Oversight of works being completed on time, on budget, and tested to the highest industry standards.
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Systems Integration.
- Implementation, design, and project management experience.
- Engineering and Technical Skills (former Engineer that has transitioned from the field to project management operations management preferred).
- Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, IT Systems experience.
- Spain ELV systems code / standards / compliance knowledge.
- Knowledge of Spain supply chains / distribution / product manufacturers.
- Ability to work individually, lead, and grow/build a team.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on security systems integration.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in access control systems, CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems, and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Spanish language.
