Client Success Manager
We're seeking a proactive and passionate Client Success Manager to join our team at Adfix. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving client success, and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure they're thrilled with our services
- Drive client success by understanding client goals and providing regular updates on their business health metrics
- Keep projects on track by getting budgets and KPIs from clients and breaking down targets by timeframe and channel
- Own the communication by hosting client calls and managing any issues that come up
- Be a problem solver by staying on top of client needs and following up on action points
Requirements:
- Great communicator who can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
- Project management pro who's organized and detail-oriented
- Platform savvy who knows their way around at least one ad platform or ecommerce tool
- Proactive and diplomatic who's comfortable taking the initiative and handling conflicts diplomatically
