Job Summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing and achieving sales quotas and targets, focusing on new customers and reactivating lapsed customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers
  • Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
  • Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
  • Focus on driving profitability and customer growth
  • Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
  • Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
  • Demonstrate advance sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross selling and up selling, eventually closing on the phone
  • Create an ongoing funnel
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and request

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English and German with Swiss German being a big plus, while additionally, French would be the cherry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
  • Achievement and goal oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • 1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2B
  • Previous experience working with channel is a plus
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Follow the security rules of the company
