Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Premier Farnell. This role will provide proactive support of the HR Service Center, delivering services spanning payroll, benefits, staffing/onboarding, recognition, employee relations, and other HR transactions to assist team members, managers, and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Support for Spanish and Portuguese payroll, ensuring efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes.
Coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.
Participate in and provide coordinative support to project teams and collaborate with other team members.

Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
