Main Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams.
  • Develop and execute commercial offers for assigned accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to share sales objectives, customer digital transformation roadmaps, and strategy.
  • Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts, closely monitoring project progress and deviations.
  • Draft success stories and send customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate goal attainment and explore potential improvements.
