Customer Experience Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams.
- Develop and execute commercial offers for assigned accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to share sales objectives, customer digital transformation roadmaps, and strategy.
- Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts, closely monitoring project progress and deviations.
- Draft success stories and send customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate goal attainment and explore potential improvements.
