About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Spain. As part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and technical teams to provide exceptional support and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio following implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of AB Tasty solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and increasing customer retention.
- Develop and deliver operational and methodological training for major accounts, enhancing their skills and expertise.
- Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns, driving business growth and optimization.
- Analyze data to identify new areas for optimization, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related digital field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with Italian being a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML, with JavaScript being a plus.
