**Job Overview**

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to manage customers based in Spain, focusing on achieving targeted sales objectives and developing profitable business relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to sell products, introduce new or alternative product lines, and grow sales in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Support customer complaints and investigations of specification misalignments, maintaining contact with the Head of Laboratory on technical issues.
  • Provide technical solutions and support, analyzing industry trends and data that impact business volume, margins, and market share.
  • Manage multiple sales strategies by streamlining programs and coordinating activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate business networking and collect market data to support decisions regarding specific opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; preference for Chemist, Engineering, or Paint Technology degree.
  • Previous sales/accounts management experience, particularly in paint or chemical industries.
  • Proven track record in generating opportunities and closing new business, establishing robust pricing strategies that meet market needs and optimize product margins and profitability.
