We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Avantio, a leading provider of solutions for the holiday rental sector. With over 20 years of experience, we offer dynamic and innovative cloud-based technology solutions designed to meet the growing needs of agencies in this rapidly expanding market.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, your main tasks will be to increase the sales pipeline through searching, engaging, and following outbound leads. You will generate sales opportunities for our Business Development team and participate in organizing events and fairs. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who can maintain good relationships with all members of the company.

Requirements
  • Native or bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • High level of Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Proactive attitude and motivation
  • Organizational ability and autonomy
What We Offer

We offer a stable full-time contract, a salary of $20,000 plus bonus, and training provided by the company. You will have access to free Spanish and English lessons, as well as training on useful tools and skills. Our hybrid working system allows for flexible working hours, including two days per week in the office and three days of telework. We also offer the possibility to build a long-term career with activities, tasks, and responsibilities that will allow you to grow professionally and personally.
