About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, handling inbound enquiries, and referring non-sales enquiries to the relevant team.

You will also manage customer and reseller requests for spare parts, close inbound sales for B2C customers, and qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), with a minimum of 1 year's experience in sales. You should be comfortable communicating via telephone and email, and have knowledge of sales techniques such as up-selling and objection handling.

Computer literacy and solid IT knowledge are essential, as well as a strong interest in IT products and applications. You will also need to have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
