We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in sunny Valencia, Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for calling and qualifying new potential clients and leads, building and enriching the customer database, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as you will work closely with the team to share information and collaborate effectively.
  • You will maintain accurate records in our CRM system and contribute to the success of the team and projects.

Requirements:

  • A native-level proficiency in German is required, and a minimum B2 level of English is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience demonstrating your ability to drive results is essential.
  • You must have a sharky attitude, hunger for results, and an energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with a hybrid work model that includes working from home and collaborating with our office in the heart of Valencia.
