We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex matters, particularly those related to public sector clients, utilities, and title review focused work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own caseload of complex matters, including those related to public sector clients, utilities, and title review focused work.
  • Coordinate instructions and workflow on certain client accounts, comprising triaging instructions and delegating work to the most appropriate team member.
  • Supervise junior fee earners on simple utilities and title review work from start to finish.
  • Line manage paralegals/trainee solicitors and work to develop our future qualified fee earners.
